Agreement to our legal terms: Returns policy
At Manuka Imports SAGL, trading as Manuka Switzerland, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
1. Opened or Used Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used jars. All returned items must be in their original, unopened condition.
2. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged jar or item due to courier or delivery issues, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Notification must be made to us within 14 business days of receiving the item.
- Please provide evidence of the damage caused during transit for our records and processing.
3. Refunds and Exchange Requirements:
- Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if the above conditions are met. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to an incorrect choice being made at checkout.
- The replacement item must be identical or of similar value to the item originally purchased.
4. Exclusions
- Any requests for refunds or exchanges outside the 14-business day notification period will not be accepted.
- Items that do not meet the conditions set forth above, such as those that are not damaged in transit, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
